If you want to shake up your workout routine or just start one (again) but don’t know where to start, then these pre-made routines are perfect for you!


Each one will take you through 12 weeks of training in which you get to pick the exercises you know or feel good about. You don’t have to think about what to do, because progressive overload will be taken care of! You will be told when to add repetitions and weight and when to take a break. Would you like a schedule that is specifically made for you? You can have a customized schedule, for an experience tailored to your needs!

If you have any worries, questions or just want me to keep an eye on your progress, you can choose to schedule a 30 min check up with me. This way I can answer your questions and make sure your workouts will be as effective as possible!
